| These pictures are of the Bathroom before we began remodeling. It was very outdated. The closet, was never finished and really didn't serve much of a purpose. |

| After demolition, we could then see the work that had been previously done. The sub-floor had been hacked apart and was quite a safety hazard. This would need to be corrected. |

| The new sub floor was then installed. The frame for the tub was constructed, and the tub pre-fit. |

| All new mold and moisture resistant walls were installed. The floor tiles, bath and shower tiles installed as well. The center picture shows the squaring lines drawn on the walls to ensure that every tile is centered to the wall and around each bath fixture. With tile, detailed planning is essential. |

| We purchased an old piece of stained glass from an auction. The lead caming was really tarnished and corroded. We took the time and painted it all black to better define the glass. |

| This little cove is where the closet used to be. It provides functionality while making the overall bathroom appear much larger and brighter. |
